Yes. Every business listing on Yuudle is reviewed by our admin team before it goes live in the directory. We check that business information is accurate and complete. Listings that pass review display a verified badge on their profile — so you can book with confidence.
Absolutely. Browsing the directory, reading reviews, and submitting enquiries to professionals is completely free for homeowners. There are no sign-up fees, no subscription costs, and no hidden charges at any point.
Visit any professional's listing page and click the "Get a Quote" or "Contact" button. You'll fill out a short form with your project details — including the type of work, your budget, and preferred timeline. The professional receives your enquiry directly and can respond at their earliest convenience.
Yes! We encourage homeowners to leave honest reviews after working with a professional. Reviews help other homeowners make informed decisions and reward great professionals for quality work. Navigate to the business listing and click "Leave a Review" to share your experience.
We take quality seriously. If you have a negative experience, please leave an honest review on the professional's profile. You can also contact our support team directly to report a serious issue. We investigate all reports and may remove listings that consistently fail to meet our community standards.
For Businesses
It's simple. Click "Get Started" or "List Your Business" anywhere on the site, create an account, and fill in your business details — name, category, location, description, and contact information. Pay the one-time $10 listing fee and our team will review your submission within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll appear in the directory.
Many local businesses are pre-populated in our directory from public data. If your business appears but you haven't claimed it yet, look for the "Claim This Business" button on your listing page. You'll create an account and pay a one-time $49.99 claiming fee. Once claimed, you'll have full control over your profile.
Our admin team reviews new listings within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your listing is approved and goes live. If we need additional information, we'll reach out to you before making a decision.
Yes! Your Business Dashboard gives you full control over your listing at any time. You can update your business name, description, service categories, phone number, photos, website, and more. Changes to core details may require a brief re-review before going live.
All customer enquiries sent through your listing appear directly in your Business Dashboard under the "Quotes" section. You'll also receive email notifications for each new enquiry. Simply log in to your dashboard, review the customer's project details, and respond at your convenience.
No. Yuudle uses a simple one-time fee model — there are no monthly subscriptions, no annual renewals, and no per-lead charges. You pay once to get listed or claim your listing, and your profile stays live in the directory indefinitely.
Payments
Submitting a new business listing costs a one-time fee of $10.00. Claiming an existing unclaimed listing costs a one-time fee of $49.99. Both fees are processed securely through Stripe and there are no recurring charges.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes, absolutely. All payments on Yuudle are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the entire site for your protection.
If your listing is rejected by our admin team, please contact us and we'll work with you to understand what needs to be corrected. In cases where a listing cannot be approved for reasons outside your control, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team within 7 days of rejection.
Yes. Upon successful payment, Stripe automatically sends a payment receipt to the email address associated with your account. You can also view your payment history in your Business Dashboard at any time.
Listings & Reviews
All reviews on Yuudle must comply with our community standards — they must be genuine, honest, and not contain abusive language or personal attacks. Our team monitors reviews and may remove any that violate these standards. We do not remove negative reviews simply because a business disagrees with them.
No. Businesses cannot remove or hide reviews through their dashboard. This is a core part of our commitment to transparency. If a business believes a specific review violates our guidelines, they can flag it for admin review — but honest negative reviews will remain visible on the profile.
Search results are based on relevance to the search term, location proximity, and overall rating. We do not offer paid placement or ranking boosts — every business has a fair shot based on the quality of their profile and customer reviews. This keeps our directory trustworthy and unbiased.
Yuudle covers a wide range of home services including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, handyman, roofing, painting, flooring, landscaping, home inspection, remodeling, and more. New categories are added regularly based on demand. If your service type isn't listed, contact us and we'll add it.
If you believe a listing is fake, misleading, or fraudulent, please contact our team immediately with the listing details and your concerns. We investigate all reports seriously and will remove any listing found to be in violation of our terms of service.
Account
Click "Sign In" on any page, then click "Forgot Password?" on the login form. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
To delete your account, please contact our support team with your request. Please note that deleting your account will also remove your business listings and all associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Yes. Your business account can manage multiple listings from a single dashboard. If you operate more than one business or operate in multiple locations, you can submit each as a separate listing (each requiring its own listing fee) and manage them all from your account.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder — emails from Yuudle (info@yuudle.com) sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, contact our support team with your email address and we'll resolve it promptly.
